Testimonials

As a parents of 3 little boys, we could not speak highly enough of Tir na nOg. Entrusting your children to a creche 5 full days a week can be difficult. However, any fears or worries are quickly dispelled by the little happy, smiling faces that greet you at the end of each day. Our boys have developed both emotionally and socially through the high standard of care and interaction provide by the staff of this creche. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tir na nOg to any parents looking for both professional yet loving childcare facilities for their children.

Our son Cillian (almost 5) attended Tir na nOg Creche & Montessori School from the age of 7 months back in 2009 up until his graduation in August 2013 when he left to go to “big school”. Our daughter Sophie (2 years) is now too attending the creche.

The care, commitment and love shown to them during all that time cannot be over-emphasised enough.

They both have and continue to enjoy their time in the Creche and we have wonderful peace of mind that they are under the expert care of the staff employed there. The staff has and continues to excel in all ereas of care for our children for which we are very grateful for. The great start in social and school life that both Cillian and Sophie have and continue to gain from the Creche is priceless.

Tir na nOg in Dun Laoghaire is quiet a small creche but has an extremely warm friendly atmosphere and comes with our highest recommendation. It has been a huge part of our family’s life for the past 3 years and has been fantastic home from home for our three children Josh, Dylan and Abi.

Patrica and all the staff are wonderful ambassadors for the childcare. They know, and are interested in, all of the children regardless of whether they are their specific group. You would be forgiven in thinking that your most precious child is the only child that they look after, such is the attention and level of interest given to each child. The staff are caring, kind, understanding and full of imagination working tirelessly to create new themes and ideas for the children to explore and learn from. Staff turnover has been very low since our children joined and this continuity / consistency has definitely contributed to Josh, Dylan and Abi being so happy and feeling at home there. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tir na nOg to anyone who is looking for a homely, loving, caring environment for their children to grow, develop and create happy memories.

Josh recently graduated from Tir na nOg an I can honestly say that when Dylan and Abi finally move on we will all be very sad to finally say goodbye, but we will be very well prepared for their next big adventure in school just like their big brother Josh.

We have had 3 boys in Tir na nOg creche over the last 8 years and have been delighted with the quality of care that they have received. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the building and all the carers, without fail, have been pleasant to both ourselves and, more importantly, to the kids. There is no doubt in our minds that the creche has played a significant role in the development of each of our boys, and they have all been happy going in each morning.
